Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

Keyboard only users will find it difficult to navigate some content due to an illogical focus order, with some elements being unable to receive focus entirely (WCAG 2.1 success criteria 2.4.3 Focus Order, 2.4.7 Focus Visible).

Screen reader users will struggle with the general navigation of pages due to illogical heading structures (WCAG 2.1 success criteria 2.4.6 Headings and Labels, 1.3.1 Info and Relationships).

Mobility impaired users will encounter multiple elements that are not accessible to standard keyboard commands or voice activation software (WCAG 2.1 success criteria 1.1.1 Non-text Content, 1.3.1 Info and Relationships, 4.1.1 Parsing, 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value, 4.1.3 Status Messages).

The text may not reflow in a single column when you change the size of the browser window, modify the line height or spacing (WCAG 2.1 success criteria 1.4.10 Reflow, 1.4.4 Resize text).

Disproportionate burden

We are not seeking to claim a disproportionate burden exemption for any part of this service.
